e-Poster Abstract Guidelines

• Registration for UP Dental Show 2024 is mandatory to present a poster.
• Abstracts must be original and should not have been published or presented anywhere in the past.
• Title should be as brief as possible.
• Abstract text word limit should not exceed 200 words.
• Maximum 2 students can present a poster & both will get e-certificate individually.

ABSTRACT CATEGORIES:
• Research
• Review
• Case Series/ Case Reports
• Innovative ideas
• New Experimental/Clinical techniques
• New Learning techniques

Guidelines for poster presentation

• The poster should be prepared in e-Poster form in Power point format (ppt/pptx).
• The poster should be prepared in Landscape mode, 16:9 aspect ratio.
• Presenters should bring their e-Poster in “Pen Drive” on the day of presentation.
• Maximum time allotted is 4+2=6 minutes (presentation + Q & A)

Scientific Paper Abstract Guidelines

• Registration for UP Dental Show 2024 is mandatory to present a paper.
• Abstracts must be original and should not have been published or presented anywhere in the past.
• Title should be as brief as possible.
• Abstract text word limit should not exceed 250 words.
• Only 1 student can present a paper but can co-author more than one.
• Certificate will be given only to the presenting author.

• Case Series/ Case Reports
• Narrative Review



Guidelines for paper presentation

• The paper should be prepared in Power point presentation format (ppt/pptx).
• Number of slides should limit to the time allotted.
• Presenters should bring their presentation in pptx form in “Pen Drive” on the day of presentation.
• Maximum time allotted is 8+2=10 minutes (presentation + Q & A)
